We hope you love your order, but if not, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition. Please note - Earrings cannot be returned.

Elasticated bracelets - Return Policy

Elasticated Bracelet Returns & Warranty Policy

At Ella Bella, each bracelet is handmade with care using high-quality materials. As our bracelets are elasticated, the elastic is a wearable component and will naturally stretch and weaken over time with regular use.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. If your bracelet develops a manufacturing fault or was not as described when purchased, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the bracelet and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Manufacturing Faults

If you believe your bracelet has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Early notification helps us determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

Normal Wear and Tear

The following are considered normal wear and tear and are not manufacturing faults:

- Elastic weakening or breaking after regular use.
- Damage caused by overstretching the bracelet.
- Damage from accidental snagging or impact.
- Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products or other chemicals.
- General wear from everyday use.

Bracelet Care

To help your bracelet last as long as possible:

- Roll it gently over your hand instead of stretching it.
- Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.
- Keep away from perfumes, lotions and household chemicals.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not being worn.

Repairs

If your bracelet breaks outside of the manufacturing fault period, we are happy to offer a restringing or repair service where possible. A small repair fee and postage charge may apply.

We value every customer and will always assess each situation fairly, aiming to provide the best possible solution.
